As a leading steel erection company, we specialize in structural steel assembly using telehandlers (Skytraks) and ground-supported equipment—no crane work required. Ironworker / Foreman
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Erect and bolt up structural steel components according to blueprints and layout specifications

Use Skytraks (telehandlers) to lift and position steel members
-
Perform cutting, welding, rigging, and fitting as needed for steel assembly
-
Ensure all structural connections are aligned, plumb, and safely secured
-
Read and interpret drawings, erection plans, and detailed instructions
-
Follow all safety protocols including use of fall protection, harnesses, and PPE
-
Participate in daily job briefings and adhere to all site-specific safety requirements
-
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project timelines
-
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in structural steel erection or a related field
-
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and steel erection plans
-
Familiarity with telehandler operations and basic rigging techniques
-
Comfortable working at heights, in all weather conditions, and with heavy materials
-
Must be dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
-
Ability to travel to regional job sites as required
